BMW M52 M52TU M54 Engine Block Time Sert Repair Due To Engine Overheat! Full Step By Step DIY!

This tutorial is on how to repair the engine block on a BMW with the M52 M52TU M54 6 Cylinder Engine. This repair can really apply to any engine block that needs a Time Sert Repair. In this video, I go over the full procedure on how to repair the engine block. I will go over how to set up the tools you need, drill out the head bolt hole, create new threads with the tap, and install the time Sert into the block.
The M54 when overheated, results in the block material breaking down and the head bolts / threads can pull out creating a head gasket failure. This is how to FIX THIS!
