I'll just explain my reasons for these choices in this comment Bubble getting the most votes is the most obvious one imo, she is a fan favorite and people would like her standing up for fanny and lightning Flower would get the second most votes because she was pretty memorable in the episode, people would like her friendship with ruby and how she is trying to change Pencil gets the third most because she is a very popular character, and with the switch from vote to eliminate to vote to save, a lot of people would be confused and vote who they want eliminated instead, which would give pencil a lot more votes Fanny would get a lot of sympathy votes, due to being struck by lightning in a dramatic scene, and also her gimmick is easy to understand and like, so she would get a lot of votes here Ruby and match r safe due to their popularity, but ruby beats match here bc match would split votes with pencil Lightning is in the bottom 2 because unlike Fanny, he didn't really make much of an impression this episode Snowball gets eliminated because at the point of bfb 1 releasing, nobody cared ab snowball or liked him. He's decently popular now but back then he was one of the least popular characters

I think Lightning and Snowball was only the 3rd and 4th safe in UFE because they were not that noticeable that episodes unlike Freesmart.
