Since Clockwork, Winter Wyvern, and Night Stalker can fly over unobstructed landscape, they are unaffected by ground mines. It's different with Monkey King, Techies Sticky Mines still latch onto him while in the trees.
If anyone wants to know, why techiess mines does not get activated while wyvern flies over them, its cause , first Skill is actually considered as flying Higher than regular flying for characters, like wywern itself or anyother flying characters in dota 2. So in dotas logic regular flying characters can trigger mines but wywerns 1st skill does not.

When that wywern was in flight mode there is some condition that proximity mines were not working. Similar stuff was for flying NS, Batrider etc.

WW is 'flying' and since the bomb is on the ground, it's not exploding. Same mechanic with NS ult and clockwerk shard
