Well I did end up losing everything I had to move out of my apartment give away all my dogs that I had for years. I have to live with my parents now and no job. I still give God the glory though because he's kept me and I still love him. Listening to this song takes me back to when I had nothing spiritually. I was a hot mess on the verge of murdering multiple people, no hope, I hated God/Jesus, not caring anymore, tired of hurting, until I was completely broken and He reached out His mighty hand and saved me from myself. I finally surrendered and he healed me from the inside out and He is literally my everything. God is mighty and willing to save.

I can being at a point in my life when everyone turned their back on me and popped a bag of popcorn and waited for me to lose but what they failed to realize was that I had had an experience with God, He supernaturally placed His Holy Spirit in me and I was never the same. In His Loving Heart He rescued me from the pain of rejection and sooooo much more! All that to say, I haven’t truly felt like I could lose since. God did that.. and He loves you Just as much. I spent a majority of my youth pretending to be someone I wasn’t. I wanted so desperately to be cool, to be noticed, to be liked..I didn’t like who was staring back at me in the MIRROR.
I LIED to sound interesting, I LIED to appear funny, I LIED to get anyone to notice me.
I wanted GIRLS to notice me...I was constantly chasing that relationship with ANYONE..

Habits I developed in my youth, overflowed and poured over into my Adulthood..almost cost me my marriage, my relationship with my children..it almost cost me my LIFE..

I was emailed the link to this video and it couldn't have come at a more perfect time. My entire family lives in the Houston area and are going through the remains of Hurricane Harvey and they still are forecasting that the worst is yet to come.
On yesterday I didn't know whether my older brother was safe from this storm and this was very nerve racking. On yesterday evening he call to say that he was safe, but my 78 year old mother has lost everything for the 2nd time due to a flood in Houston.
Thank God she decided to leave her home and go to my sister's 2-story home. She is in very good spirits, surrounded by much love from her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
My mom is in no way down and out. She knows she has the love of God and the love of her family.
