That actually doesn't matter. Something most people forget to take into account is that MHA/BNHA takes place in Japan, they have a lower age of consent (16), so Toga and Twice wouldn't be outside the law in this situation. As an American, it is weird, but since it's set in Japan, not actually wrong.

Ok but class 1A deals with them like 8 times a week... Class 1B has 2 (Tetsutetsu and Kendo) that actually did something at the camp. The rest were completely useless. Edit: Also other than Aisawa class 1A is better than the pro-heroes. They literally saved their asses so many times it's shameful.
