It's been 26 days since I sent an email to amazfit support about the problem that my Amazfit GTR 3 pro stopped working on the touch screen and I haven't received any response from the brand! Several reports from other users with the same problem, I do not advise buying the brand's products!

How can I get service for Amazfit Smart watch. I have to fix the body damage on my Amazfit GTS 2 mini. Non of the service centre mentioned in Amazfit website is responding to call or those who responded are telling the service is not available .pls advice.

Please stop the screen saver or screen off watch face from moving and changing the alignment. It looks really badly cropped some time with the alignment of the watch's shape. I use gts mini 2 new version.
