We went one adults only weekend only to find it was a swinger weekend. Anyone else run into that? How did we know? Ended up having breakfast with another couple who were swingers. They told us about what was going on that weekend. Apparently leaving a chair out front your shally was a signal you were swinging. Walking around the area and around the other shallets you could hear WAY more than you wanted during any hour of the day. Also several people were a little touchy feely in public, you know three, four, or more people. Wish we had known as we would have avoided that weekend. Oh well, the more you know. Our chassy was clean and nice, food was good, and fortunately the weather was good too.
I came back today. It was busy because Minehead guests have been diverted there due to flooding and sewage still in the downstairs apartments. Guests at Minehead have the option to go to Minehead and stay upstairs or divert their booking to Skeggy. That's what the staff were telling us anyway. Book everything now because all the shows were booked and we had to keep waiting on standby
