    Thanks so much for the guide! I just bought it online with the leather strop, I have a question is possible to use it with a ceramic knife? (No magnet)

      We do not recommend that because ceramics is not magnetic so the blade will not attach to our magnetic knife holder

    mine does not rotate easily. difficult to use when it does not spin. are there bearings inside that I can clean? how to take apart?

    Im interested in buying a tumbler knife sharpener but is the rolling part also magnetic?

      Our angle holder is magnetic! Tumbler has a diamond disc for your basic sharpening and a stainles steel honing disc to remove the burr that can occur during the sharpening. We’d love for you to give us a try!

    How do we know when to use 15 degree and when to use 20 degree?

      Almost all kitchen knives can be sharpened with the 20 degree angle, as it is a common angle in the industry You can use the 15 degree angle for harder blades, for example Damascus knives or blades with a core steel that has a higher hardness 15 degrees is steeper than 20 degrees, which gives you a higher sharpness, but at the same time can dull faster due to the very sharp edge
