Trading with another player is a great way to get out of your own tendencies and interact with someone else's ideas. This is one of the best ways I know to practice flow state improvisation.

Great tool. Trading measures with you points out the shortcomings in my solo structure. I need to get more ideas. My vocabulary is so limited.
