That sucks on the front case. Go with OEM parts on these cars if you can. As you can see there is lots of garbage third party stuff out there. The good news is you have a running car!

That sucks man dang, I’ve Run Evergreen front cases on all my rebuilds because they are exact replacement as the OEM is in the oil gallery realm. If you do some homework ACL Orbit is one of the worse cases you can put on a DSM. Luckily it was caught early in the build. My Talon has over 15k miles on the Evergreen front case/ Oil pump with a set of New OEM straight cut gears and it sits 20psi at 1k idle. I’ll definitely make sure I inspect my cases even better from now on!
