Is there any functional difference between the 1U and 3U versions of Cockpit, aside from size/arrangement? Does the 1U version have sends?

Can you please tell me through the absolutely inCREDIBLE sequence from the ground control into rings?
Genuinely stunning and has me wanting to explore that sequencer. Is this using the in built arpeggiator?

Depends what you fill it with, the case alone and the 1U would set you back over $1000, so just gotta see if it's worth it for what you want to do.
