It didn’t help me sleep i don’t know why but calming sound makes me mad and I want to listen to it to help my sleep but it makes me mad and upset and I start crying 🤦🏼♀️

I somewhat understand that. I was listening to another relaxing video and fell asleep on it but vividly remember being extremely annoyed at the part where the piano had a couple of rapid high notes. But I was still asleep (or half awake?), cannot really do anything about it since I didn't wanna wake up. But yeah, that was annoying. This music though is really soothing to me. So I guess, just try and find the ones that'd suit you.

same, since I was 10 and I’m now 12, I’ve always struggled with sleep however it’s gotten worse however I might be starting to get help for anxiety, which could be the reason as I can never sleep due to other thinking.
Same I suffer from depression and anxiety so I have a very hard time to fall asleep but this helps I normally just cry to sleep but this helps a lot.
