It was a little tough to leave as I spent most of my life up there. But the half dozen years or so of living in the south I knew thats where I belonged.
That’s the worse man. When we bought our house we got a call the day before we were supposed to close saying the house went into a short sale. Ended up having to wait another 3 months. Had to call the storage and moving company, utilities, and everything and tell them to cancel everything until we got an actual move in date. And that was moving from Texas to Maryland. Luckily we were able to live with my wife’s parents until we could move in.
Thankfully it didn't go that long and we had a place to crash in the mean time but it was still stressful as hell. Could not imagine a 3 month wait that would be crazy

My moms a real-estate broker. I am getting a license.. you can sue the shit out of them for that roof and a/c. Inspectors have a job for a reason, not just checking off a box on a paper.
I knew about the roof we got money back for that. But there is some other stuff they didn't look over. Thankfully I'm handy and also this is probably one of the only houses these days that sold under asking and not over.
I’m confused, thought you sold your place, bought a Fifth wheel to live in full time because it didn’t make sense to be in the house. Then you outfitted a trailer as a shop and said you were building a place, now you bought a place that needs work ? I’m totally lost and you are all over the place 😂
