Your joy and pleasure from your food creations is obvious. I think people have to TRULY love food before they can create a good recipe. I am struggling to find GF recipes that are edible, never mind justifying the cost of the more expensive ingredients. I have literally trashed most of the mediocre (and sometimes horrid) GF recipes I've tried from various UA-cam channels. I tried my variation of your carrot cake recipe but used Swerve instead of sugar. It was a shock because it was actually beautiful AND delicious. Happy to find your channel.

Yes, that is the KEY to a absolutely wonderful cinnamon roll. I thought I was the only one to do this to add the icing right out of the oven. I make regular and GF cinnamon rolls. Both a must. Can't wait to make these and I will add some Maple syrup to mine and fresh bacon bits on top.
If it's lactose intolerance, whey protein is lactose free. Otherwise, read through the post on my flour blend. There is a whole section on substitutions.

I am GF but also cannot have yeast. So, my only option is sourdough gf bread. My experience with sourdough bread is not very good. I hate the sour taste… Is your starter very sour? Any method to reduce the sour taste I cannot stand? HELP!!
