Beautiful gardens!
I’ve started shrubs along my woods line . It’s nice to see their sizes are manageable and exactly how you’ve did it. Great job ! Beautiful !☀️🌱🐝
+Riverunner Thank you 💚💚💚
Your supertunias look great!! Just planted mine this week (zone 5) and I can’t wait to see how they grow this summer!🌸🌸🌸
+Jane Bentrott You are going to love them! 💚💚💚
I have that same power hedger. Last time I used it a few years back, I tried to cut off the tip of my ring finger on my right hand. I now use manual trimmers, it’s seems much safer for my fingers.
Nice 👍
+gardengatesopen Thank you 💚💚💚
Funny, I just came in from trimming, mine are mostly azaleas but I will trim my spirea after they bloom too. I recently have been buying battery operated tools since the gas ones my husband uses are just too heavy and I can never get them to start. I did some hand pruning also. Just a note of accomplishment I have my first pink cosmo bloom from my first year starting seeds indoors!!🥰 How hard is it to cut the first one?🤣
+Janice Tanner it’s so hard to cut the first one!
Great video and trimming. What kind of boxwoods are those?
I’m not sure … they were put in by the builder.
I’m curious what your monthly budget is for garden tone and bio tone and other tones? We’ve just always used homemade compost and I’ve hesitated to buy fertilizer because it seems so costly. But you seem to have such good results I’m thinking of making the investment.
+Ellen Walker hmm I’m not sure as it would change month to month. But I do know you can buy bigger bags of Plantone for less at Tractor Supply.
