Nah this guy was easily hardest, idk if he was nerfed but his accuracy used to be so high I couldn't reliably dodge him with evasion.

@@ascel6799 No, nothing is changed but Byakugan was OP back then. Base with DS, wind and byaku was 55-57% dodge. That is why:) now max is 42

Use 20% seal jutsu, Restriction 5 turns, heals, earth debuff resist, use genki dama from red tickets, use green rabbit pet..There is a way to beat the as a f2p as well!:)
