Steamed Mackerel (in a double boiler)

Steamed mackerel (in a double boiler) is one of my favorite recipes for mackerel (and fish recipes in general). When I want to cook mackerel tasty and fast, I take this recipe. The cooking process requires a minimum of effort and attention (with a double boiler). If you do not have Adyghe salt, then take ordinary salt and your favorite seasonings for fish.
INGREDIENTS:
Mackerel - 1 pcs.
Seasonings for fish - to taste
Adyghe salt - to taste
Garlic - 1 tooth.
It grows. oil - 1 tsp
