Did you create a new folder via steam app? Steps- In steam app go to settings,its under 'steam' left top corner. In the settings, left side you will find downloads, click there. Then click on 'steam library folders' option. Click on the plus icon in the top and add the new drive. Now when you try to move apps , it will show the new drive as well

Nawp! This might work on the version this person is using but for those of us using a more recent version of windows and newer software, this will not look anything like what this person is using. Still cannot locate the Steam Library.
The interface for steam have changed a bit but this guide still work. Well done!

Steamapps should be inside steam library folder. Try to check again.
Mine was called steam apps

I've installed a 1tb SSD M.2 cannot get steam to find it to move games to it, any ideas?
