I love that you superimposed the graphic "c" ,it does reflect how you described it during your latest Saturday online rowing sessions. Much appreciated, Aram!
This video is so interesting, thank you, Aram! I'm definitely interested in learning more about how you found that rowing isn't like a deadlift. Why shouldn’t our butt lift off the seat at the catch? And how can we counterbalance strong legs with a weaker core, arms, and shoulders?
@@AramTraining Hi Aram, yes! I’ve watched your three recent videos - I find them so interesting that I’ve had to watch them several times, and each time I pick up something new. I especially liked the recent one where you segmented the stages of rowing and then combined them - it really clicked for me! Thanks for the great content!
Yes, this and further analysis videos are of great help to us late to rowing, Mas.F, rowers in getting the most out of what we’re putting in. Thanks again 😎
That was great aram, you reminded me of the breakthrough in core activation I felt when I was rowing when you mentioned deep muscles and how they are activated, thanks again!

Brilliant video. So helpful. I'm looking forward to your next one as, no matter what I do, I just keep breaking my arms early.
Thank you Gary
