You have to recognize this is two guys, one guitar, and no autotune, they are both amazing artists, and this is LIVE, RAW, and real. You are the only reactor who I have noticed being so negative, I don;t like this song, several times, and I don't like this style, it's amazing to me that you dislike so much, I appreciate genres that are not my favorites, but I do recognize talent when I see it.
He did give them the credit that they are very talented, he doesn't like the songs so what at least he isn't being fake. Just because he doesn't like the songs doesn't mean he is being negative he's just being REAL.
I just find it funny that a washed up artist can dish out so much critique, narcissism is common amongst some artists especially the "front figures" I suppose.
Joke’s on us - this guy has just been trying out for the role of Jimmy’s Dad in the live stage performance of Money Game Part 3 this whole time… and he’s nailed the nothing-is-ever-good-enough indifference. Congrats, you got the part!
Would like to see what your take is on Hi Ren and then The Tale of Jenny and Screech. You might then understand more RENs style of Bardcore music. This is where he really shines out as in a league of his own. Shakespeare is officially able to RIP we got us a Ren. The era of Ren is here and we are all very privileged to be alive in it witnessing it all first hand. 💛Blessed Be.
This is my first time on your channel. You seem like you have a pretty interesting perspective on music. The crazy thing about the Fred again mashup is I guess you’re not familiar with Fred again but he’s a DJ that plays electronic dance music so that was just a mashup of club songs that turned into an acousticsong so as far as the guitar goes, I think he plays the guitar excellent and that there is no guitar in any of Fred and songs. So what kind of guitar plane do you like? I’m going to bet that he can play it. I don’t know if you have listened to the song blind eye by the two of them, but Ren attributes that song as the song that was the catalyst for him, making it in the music industry. He and Sam wrote it. They performed it at a radio station and then they performed it on the street and someone posted the video of them busing on Facebook on their Mexican restaurant page and they went viral so much so that Elton John was talking about it and you might’ve even played it on his podcast or radio station.
You should check out Ren's song Hi Ren. You may not like the musical style, but listen for the message and originality of the song combined with the talent it takes to play/sing/act all at once. The audio recording was live one take during the video recording and dubbed video coverage from all 4 full takes they had time for at the shoot. Just crazy talent.
This guy helped me discover a masochistic side of myself I didn’t even know was there. I find these reactions to be extremely annoying yet I can’t stop watching them. Like the little passive aggressive insults, the fact that he basically does not like any song, the obligatory bringing up of his “rap career”, thinking there are two kinds of rap - 90s and Eminem, it’s just so condescending and annoying and egoistic, but somehow it’s what makes me weirdly attracted to these reactions. I think he might be a more subtle Michelle Show.
I didn't watch this one. I watched 3 of them before this and he was kind of a 💩 in all of them. I figured he'd do that with this one too. I just came here to read the comments and it seems he was staying true to type. He comes off as jealous or envious. (I never can remember the difference between jealous and envious.)
I agree with viewing Hi Ren and the Jenny and Screech trilogy. While they may not be your cup of tea, I think you'll appreciate the story telling and the talent behind it. I have a feeling you'll be more into original Big Push (It's Alright, Watch Out, Precious, etc) music and some of Ren's older songs from the Freckled Angels album (Run Away, Fire, Crutch, etc), though. If you dare go into rap with a social/political message, there's the Money Game trilogy, which you probably won't like, but the hook will be an ear worm.
Every video I list Ren originals as do others, but he still complains about not liking the covers and wants to hear him on his original songs. Yet his next video is another cover. He has lists of Ren original songs...diazepam, heretic, for Joe, etc.listed on all his previous Ren videos.but I think he likes to complain about all the covers and rappers he doesn't like. It's strange actually. 🤔
@@vikkioakley9254 Every Ren video he has watched he has not liked the songs Ren covers, he asks for Ren originals. We give them, like Genesis, Ready for you, etc. but he ignores it and picks another cover (reads the title of the cover) mentions he doesn't like that cover or artist and continues the reaction to claim he does not to like the cover. I see a strange pattern that has developed. 🤔 He might try an original song that he asks for, to break that pattern. 👌
So, you say you want to hear an original song. That would be Swan Song. And it's not bluesy. I really think you will like it. Ren plays the melodica (I'm not sure of the spelling) in this song. There is a lot of harmonizing in it. The Big Push performs it. PS I'm not quite sure what kind of music you like. I know there is a lot you don't like.
One honest reaction channel out there. You dont have to love each song you listen to, as it seems everyone loves every kind of style they listen too. A performance can be great, but the actual song could be in a genre you hate...
I'm sure he doesn't read many comments if any but I would like to say it's ok. We hear Ren and like him so much that how can anyone not see the genuis and love him. He has that right and freedom of speech. Some would say well if he doesn't like it then he shouldn't upload it. Sure that is an option, but it's not your life, so get over it. Even though we have Ren in common we are all so very different as well. And that's ok
He's much better everything that you've been thinking, not just a guitarist. (Well, to be honest, it's not that hard as you've been thinking quite low of him so far.)
Okay RENagades, you need to back off a little bit because Ren would tell you it's different strokes for different folks. Stop and consider that the Swedes brought us groups like ABBA, The Cardigans, and Ace of Base. There is a difference in every part of the world and that is what our tapestry is made of, right? I found Danny could be a little critical but it is his honesty that brought me back.

😂😂😂At this point I’m just using the negativity as comedy!

Just out of curiosity, what DO you like? It would make it easier to give you suggestions.
Facts.
Going by his other reactions he likes trash pop
Great reaction, love your honesty, thank you Sir 🙏🦉❤️🐊👍

Everyone's being a bit harsh 😂 was very complimentary about the technical aspects - he's allowed to not like songs 😂
I agree the music choices here are not my preference but still a fantastic performance.💕👍🦇
