Actually, many of us in America who have an interest in our political English roots know a lot about the UK and the English Monarchy. While the USA could never become a monarchy, we do admire yours and see some good sensibility in it. The British press and Harry need to clarify the question regarding Meghan being present with Harry. However, I do believe you. Further, if anything Harry said about meeting with the queen is true, there is no question Meghan was not present. I can't imagine the queen disclosing anything confidential in Meghan's presence. Right now, it is even very difficult to believe the queen would disclose anything confidential to Harry. I also sincerely hope that while it would be perfectly OK for the queen to have a quiet, personal relationship with Harry, that any talk about her inviting the couple to public events as a part of the Royal Family is NOT true. If the queen did, in fact, issue such an invitation to Harry and Meghan, then she has made a fatal mistake.
