I honestly don't think their is necessarily a "best" rapper overall. For me personally it would be changbin but I have never heard every rapper in k-pop and honestly he just suits my style. Every rapper has a different style it's what helps make them unique whether it's tone, flow, lyricisim, speed... and everyone that listens has different taste so his opinion (or anyone's for that matter) doesn't discredit anyone else. Suga is a very good rapper and I like some of his solos but for bts I honestly like j-hopes rapping and RM really tops in some songs. Artists are always changing things up and switching styles to keep it fresh and sometimes it stands out so my favorite rapper in one song won't always be my favorite in the next
