Man...you gotta feel sorry for the Bakers. They got into the mess they're in from just helping Mia and Eveline. They're nice people and I wish we could've seen more of them pre-infection. RIP Jack and Marguerite Baker. Not Lucas, though. He was a jerk even before infection, so he got what he deserved.
Thanks, man! Yeah, I've been told these Battle Data videos are a hidden gem in the UA-cam world of Resident Evil. We did attract the attention from the good folks of Crimson Head Elder (Now Resident Evil Podcast), just got to keep going with Residence of Evil, AlphaOmegaSin, Reddit, etc and maybe we'll get that shiny trinket that UA-cam gives after 100,000 subs :D
Nice video as usual thank you ! ...I would like to correct a thing here ...swamp man jack didn't lose intelligence. ..he just talks less ...in the final battle joe was continuously taunting him and he responded with "Shut Up !"
Since Eveline was killed, Jack was no longer linked to her, and his regenerative powers malformed him into a Molded-like creature. I debated whether to clarify that as "loss of intelligence" or "animalistic mentality". I perceived that despite the fact that Jack was capable of speech and comprehending Joe's taunts, mentally he was less than his previous incarnations. So I choose "loss of intelligence". Regardless, glad you enjoyed the video!
Battle Data - T-Abyss will be featured sometime towards the end of this year. Check out ua-cam.com/video/NjZK_V3Cde0/v-deo.html to see the videos planned for 2018.
Great job as usual! It was definitely worth the wait! But one thing i noticed is Battle Data Molded may need an update because of the White Molded creatures that were just added, as well as the Crocodiles mutated by the Mutamycete, & the individual Giant Insects nesting in Marguerite Baker's Womb, as well as that Giant Centipede emerging from her esophagus. I also noticed in the Molded Video that they were infected by "Mold" instead of "Mutamycete", are they the same or two different things or stages? But yeah great job! Sorry for late comment, been pretty busy with my job lately.
Yeah, I was pretty confident that CAPCOM would not expand the roster of Molded creatures beyond RE7's initial release :/ But I have a couple "secret" videos planned to expand upon previous Battle Data videos once I'm caught up with everything (i.e. Battle Data - Molded 2.22, Battle Data - "G" 2.22, B.O.W. Battle Data - Tyrant 2.22, etc). I haven't noticed or read info regarding the crocodiles infected with the mutamycete or the insects bred from Marguerite and Jack's Swamp Man incarnation, so I doubt I'll expand anything beyond what I have so far. Then again, you never know. Regarding Mold and mutamycete, RE7 was notorious for being vague with the term "mutamycete" before the Not a Hero and End of Zoe DLC. A lot of the notes were either deliberately vague or borderline contradicted themselves with the difference between the Mold and mutamycete agents. Plus supposedly the term "mutamycete" was added to the English version only of RE7, and the Mold was supposedly to be a living organism on its own, so I decided to have the Molded be creatures infected by the Mold. And yeah, I understand; business can sometimes take priority over pleasure from time to time. Cheers!
I thought it was a little unnecessary at first, but then again it shows just how strong Jack can be (even against an agent designed to wipe out the mutamycete)
RE7 introduced us too something which absolutely superseded any virus variant strain in the previous games. The E mutameycete definitely rendered other Bio Weapons obsolete in many facets. This game did an amazing job of story telling and I felt it was under appreciated. For me RE2 followed by RE7. I think RE7 is what Mikami's vision was for RE1 but the technology was not there to develop it at the time.
What I personally like about the Mutamycete is that, while it does have its unique advantages to make it a worthy threat in the Resident Evil universe that presents new dangers, it still has a few believable weaknesses/limitations which still allow the Plagas and viral mutagens to still remain relevant with their own pros/cons. For instance, the people that become Eveline’s slaves can operate with much more individual intelligence, since the Mold works by making a whole alternate loyal personality manifest in someone, which can operate independently of any direct control once it emerges. With Plagas, on the other hand, it is simply a parasite directly controlling its victims’ bodies like a puppet. Without a Master Plaga host to guide them, the Plaga-controlled Ganados act in a much more animalistic manner when attacking, compared to someone like Jack Baker, making them not much more intelligent than zombies as seen in RE Damnation. At the same time with Plagas, once there is an intelligent Master Plaga Host to guide them, even the otherwise mindless creatures like Lickers can be used attack strategically, making them much deadlier and their lack of human intelligence redundant. So I imagine the Mold is limited only the intelligence of the individual host it enslaves, while the Plaga-possessed creatures are instead limited by the intelligence of the person possessing the Master Plaga (or how intelligent the subordinate parasite itself can be, when cut off from its master). Most viral mutagens in RE cannot operate both as a deadly contagion that spreads quickly across environments and as an agent to bestow superhuman abilities at the same time. I imagine that it is consistent with how viruses in real life cannot reproduce on their own and cannot finish multiplying themselves to infect other cells, until they cause the host cell to make copies of the virus and explode. I imagine that is why the T-Virus can turn a human into either a contagious rotting zombies or superhuman Tyrant, but not a contagious Tyrant, for instance. The Mold is a composite organism of mutagenic fungi/bacteria, both of which can reproduce on their own, as long as there is food to fuel it. This is probably what allows Eveline to more dangerous, possessing both full superhuman abilities and the ability to create her own contagious spores to infect other people and animals with. But then bacteria and fungi have some weaknesses that viruses do not have, such as antibiotics, due to their greater complexity. I imagine that is why it is easier for characters like Zoe Baker and Chris Redfield to bring in weapons specialized for efficiently taking out the Mold-based bioweapons and curing infected people, like the anti-regen bullets, Zoe’s serum, etc. So that is one trade-off between the Mold and viral mutagens that would encourage a bioterrorist to strategically make use of both, allowing biological warfare in the RE universe to now be even more multi-layered.
In short, the Connections build something that previous antagonists wanted all along, only separation is that Eveline is essentially connected to those creatures, which is why she is so deadly. I would say the Molded are far deadlier and stronger than Zombies and even Lickers for that matter. The four legged molded design was based off the same design as the Licker, not biologically but art wise. Birkin never got what he wanted, Alexia was somewhat close but no cigar. What this teaches us is that the virus strains were less effective and not as deadly. Connections and Lucas, however, were far more sinister than Umbrella as they went to the extent of experimenting on baby girls to accomplish their goals While the necrotoxin and serum are definitely weak points, this is contingent (as evidenced in RE7) on who possess the ingredients and the serum itself. If no one has it, they won't accomplish ridding of the E-001 type Bioweapon. Look at what Eveline was doing while Ethan was endlessly looking for a cure.
Captain Jaber There is only one person who can create such a dangerous virus. Alex. Spencer said she was the smartest and never failed her experiments, the only time she failed was the Immortality virus. Who is in the RE universe alive could make it? Almost no one. I think its Alex.
Alexia's T-Veronica virus is a failure, and became useless as the series went on. Her goal was completely unsuccessful whereas the mind control of Eveline from Connections worked. The files in Code Veronica state her goal was to make everyone like a Queen Ant makes other ants her slaves. This did not work out and while she retained intelligence, her regeneration was limited in that she could get injured without recovering fairly quickly as evidenced by her dripping blood in her dragonfly form. In any event, each B.O.W. seemed to have a special weapon designed to kill it excluding Tyrants. E-001, Alexia and Birkin all required special methods to kill.
Great Job! If you have not tried this already, do you think you could try to find game/movie screenshots of a particular enemy and use a picture-editing software like Photoshop or Paint to remove the background, whenever Capcom does not release individual concept art for each creature? I heard that was one of your difficulties for videos like the Molded and Baker family (where the Molded video only had that one picture, for instance), and was wondering if my suggestion would help solve that problem. (Extra Thoughts) So far, when I plan to do a video on my top 20 RE boss creatures, each of Eveline’s family members were a nice addition and would secure the #6 spot (followed by Lisa Trevor, the Master/Queen Plagas, Nemesis, G-Birkin, and the traditional Tyrants). The main questions I still have with the story, though, regarding the Baker family involve these apparent holes in the plot or narrative: 1.) If Zoe was infected the whole time since the beginning, how did she avoid being mind-controlled by Eveline like Mia and everyone else. In the Daughters DLC, it is stated that whether you make Zoe try to leave through the garage or trailer decides whether you get the bad or good ending. Did Mia stash samples of that same kind of serum, which Lucas also used later, in that trailer and allowed Zoe to have the mental link severed (while still being infected and able to be calcified by Eveline)? 2.) If Zoe was actively helping people over the years, while still not running far from the property, how did she not simply get captured again until Ethan arrived? If Zoe had a similar serum as Lucas, would she have been able to avoid the rest of the family going after her by pretending to still be under Eveline’s influence, like what Lucas also supposedly did? That is the only explanation I can think of for how Zoe could have still been freely roaming around the property all those years and using that trailer as her base of operations, those killers on the loose. 3.) How did Lucas get contacted by The Connections in the first place and have that serum secretly smuggled to him? I am still trying to figure this out, ever since I played “Not A Hero,” because I would think that the moment Lucas Baker is contacted by any outsiders, while still under Eveline’s interest, he would immediately spill the beans to Eveline and/or not willingly take the serum that severs the mental hold over him. I get that once he does take the serum, it would be easy for him to still blend in with the Baker family, since he was already naturally psychopathic and his outward personality would not change. 4.) The bad ending never really made sense to me. Why would the cure be too late Zoe, but work for Mia, since they were both infected for over a couple of years and, if anyone, Mia has the more severe symptoms (since she did succumb to mind control at times)? Also, once someone knows that the game throws that kind of random curveball at you for picking Zoe (while both people get saved if you pick Mia), I never found any reason to not just cure Mia and the moral dilemma seems pointless. If anything at this point, I think it would be a more earned emotional moment if no dilemma was given and Zoe flat out told you to save Mia, since it was her idea to spend one of the shots on Jack Baker and she would not want to force Mia to sacrifice herself for Zoe’s sudden decision. Ethan would still not give up on Zoe and promise to send help, even after Zoe decided to sacrifice her life and accept her fate, telling Ethan and Mia to just leave her. 5.) How did Mia get in contact with Eveline? Was she a bad guy who willingly worked with the criminal organization and help them traffick a mutated child around? Was she good guy going undercover to infiltrate The Connections, who actually wished she could help Eveline and undermine the operation from within? If Mia was originally a bad guy all along, then that seems like an unresolved Plot Point, since that is probably something Ethan would want to confront her on at some point, before having his happily-ever-after ending with her. 6.) How did Jack Baker not know that Lucas was so twisted, especially after he supposedly killed that childhood bully and left his corpse in the attic? I heard some people theorize that Lucas might have made up the story for himself as a revenge fantasy, since there is no corpse in the attic (and if the corpse had to be cleaned up, then Jack and Marguerrite must have discovered it). Were the parents just in complete denial of it the whole time, even though they did at least get their son tested and even after Jack Baker’s consciousness met with Ethan (where there would probably be no reason for Jack to be in denial and think he is improving his family’s situation by not facing that Lucas is a killer)? It probably would have made sense, if Lucas did kill the bully, but left his corpse somewhere in the swamp instead and fed it to alligators or something, so it would not be discovered and Jack would have more of a reason to believe Lucas never actually acted on his psychopathic tendencies and killed anyone.
Glad you enjoyed it! To answer your questions: 0.) Screen captures never seem to turn out as presentable compared to still renders and concept art, I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to the finer details of these videos :\ 1.) Zoe kept her distance from Eveline and the rest of the Bakers, and they were content as long as she had "accepted" Eveline's "gift". It was like a out-of-sight-out-of-mind sort of thing. She was still infected and had the potential to be controlled, but Eveline never exerted her influence over Zoe. 2.) Zoe would contact the Bakers' surviving victims over the telephone and guide them like she did Ethan. The Bakers never bothered with disciplining Zoe, and she knew that she had to hide and guide the victims to getting the D-Series parts to create a serum, but nobody lived long enough to achieve this. 3.) It was never specified how the agents contacted Lucas, or how they cleared Eveline's influence over him. He was able to fake being controlled by Eveline, and that's how he did it as long as he did. 4.) For the sake of plot. Zoe was going to be calcified regardless, but I think it was either retconned or the completeness of contamination varied for each ending. If Zoe was saved, Eveline simply sped up the infection to the point where Zoe was good as dead, while with Mia, the infection was not 100% complete. 5.) Mia was an agent of The Connections, and was assigned to be a mother-figure along with Alan during Eveline's relocation. I think she worked for a criminal organization, but never really did anything that made her a villain. 6.) Lucas hide his savage nature well from the rest of the family. He had his head checked when he was young, and it's likely that Lucas disposed of the body before the smell would've attracted any attention. On the outside he was a smug, self-centered, inventive, virgin twerp and was focused with his electronics, while on the inside he was a monster.
Thank you for your reply: 0.) Ah, I see. I just wanted to check and make sure that thought crossed your mind, in case that would be helpful. I can relate to that perfectionist nature myself. 1 and 2.) I think that makes more sense now, especially since it is implied Eveline exerts control via pheromones (like a queen ant, I guess, which requires the worker to be within some proximity), the Mold seems to operate by allowing people to still maintain their personality traits and capacity for independent intelligent thought, and Eveline's mind control works more by making a distorted alternate personality manifest in the person's mind (which is more loyal to Eveline or exhibits some of her sadism and misanthropy), rather than a direct puppet-like control (in the case of something like a Plaga Parasite controlling a Ganado). Plus, if nobody that Zoe tried to help came close to escaping, then Eveline and the other Baker's might not see Zoe as a huge threat and, in fact, probably welcome her attempts as part of the sadistic game they enjoy playing with their victims. As soon as Ethan does become dangerously close to escaping, the first thing Lucas does is abduct Zoe, to his credit, so maybe he figured that was when it now was getting more serious. 5.) Now that I think about it more, maybe Mia was more comparable to characters like John Clemens, whose journal you read in the first game. Many of the lower-tier Umbrella employees were unaware of what their work was being used for or what they were being lured into until it was too late. Some of them like John did try to look for an opportunity to stop the criminal organizations from within, when they learned what was going on. I guess one could also compare this to characters like Carter from RE Outbreak File 2, who was an Umbrella employee that ended up turning against his company and trying to help the survivors secure a T-Virus vaccine and defend themselves from rampaging Hunters. So I am guessing that Mia would probably be comparable to those kinds of characters, who got caught deep within these organizations and were doing their best to survive and/or escape their predicaments. Maybe I would simply like to know more about The Connections, since with the Umbrella Corporation I found it relatively easy to know what kind of organization they were and how someone could be entrapped by it, due to its size, resources, influence, and benevolent reputation. 6.) I guess it is probably me nitpicking at this point, since I started asking the question upon reading how the childhood bully kept screaming for a long time before starving to death, and someone (possibly Zoe if I remember correctly) did at least notice the smell of something decaying and leaking through the ceiling. So I wondered briefly how his death would go unnoticed. Again, it is probably a nitpick of mine, but I wondered if it would have fit Lucas' personality just as much (while still giving Jack more understandable room to be in denial), if Lucas murdered the person by luring him out into the woods, beating him half to death, and then leaving him partially buried/submerged in the swamp so he can be eaten alive by the critters living in it. Then, he returns home as normal and Jack would presumably only realize something happen to the person, when it is reporting that he mysteriously went missing one day and his body was never found, until almost all remains were eaten, leaving it ambiguous what happened to him.
Haha, my father is Mr. Lunar! You can call me Lunar! Anyways, B.O.W. Battle Data - Las Plagas should be out either the first week or second week of April. If you want to stay up to date with updates on upcoming Battle Data videos, you can visit the Lunar Indie Studios Twitter page or even Facebook! Just sayin'
i feel bad for the bakers i kind family that just happend that rescued a little girl that just happend to be a god damn bio weapon. all i can say is ethan did what was needed good riddance eveline. but still even after the fall of wesker and neo umbrella bio terrorism hasn't stopped...until bio terrorism will stop. there are heroes that will stop bio terrorism every time. people that have lost loved ones lost there home and had there lives destroyed because of bio terrorism will always take up there guns and fight the evil to end it once and for all...why did i get poetic all of a sudden?
BUGS!!! Marguerite can control lots of bugs in her body like the bogyman from Tim Burtons movie, The Nightmare Before Christmas, where Jack removes the fabric holding Bogyman's insectoid body structure together.
I know it´s Resident Evil , but why does Eveline coose to give Marguerite Baker a Insect Hive on her Crotch area? I mean i excepted everywhere but this? This was..Eewww. *Shackle* SHould that symbolize it somesort of "Birthplace" if you know what i mean?^^
I really like the Baker Family they are cool Monsters but I don't understand Lucas, in the story they say that he isn't under the mind control of eveline but why does he talk to her in one cut scene and why is he screaming in the boss fight with Chris that his head Hurt, but the character a great Villain and the Video is great ^^
From what I remember, Lucas can still hear Eveline, but since he had been injected with Serum by the folks from the Connections, she has no control over him. If he is compliant, then Lucas could get away with it, lol
@@lunarindiestudios oh so basically eveline can talk with him but there is no control or anything else like by magurite and Jack that's intresting Thx ^^, also I hope we see a new mold or E typ bioweapons in Resident Evil 8
holy shit i just noticed the books text in the background even changes from video to video.
Good eye, man!
Yes, the attention to detail is fantastic. I love these videos.

Another high quality video from LIS. Love your vids dude. Sucks that there are so few people that know about you. You deserve way more recognition

Yeah he seems to be unable to use weapons unlike his other humanoid incarnations.
Swamp Jack could also be heard yelling “SHE’S MINE!” at the beginning of the final battle.
Nice work!
Welcome back.
Thank you, good to be back!
U have good taste in calming music for your observation reports.
Thanks!
AWESOME WORK! (^_^) Also, that white mold-like dress Zoe has on her body kinda looks like it was made from mold based fabric tissue.
liam bobyk nearly turning into a Final Fantasy waifu
Thanks, man! Yeah, like crystal wedding dress, lol
I'm more into Hyperdimension Neptunia, Tokyo Ghoul and V O C A L O I D anime. (^_^)
Crystallized flesh tissue for clothing. (^_^)
Next Would You Do One About The T-Abyss Virus?
Gojiramus Primus yea i would like to watch that

To answer your questions:
0.) Screen captures never seem to turn out as presentable compared to still renders and concept art, I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to the finer details of these videos :\
1.) Zoe kept her distance from Eveline and the rest of the Bakers, and they were content as long as she had "accepted" Eveline's "gift".
Thank you for your reply:
0.) Ah, I see.
Great! New video!!! As good as always
NEW VIDEO!!! Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it
I think your content cheers me up, bcuz of how swell it is.
Thanks, man!
That D-type B.O.W, was that some kind of D-Virus Mummy?
They're the mummified remains of the failed D-Series bioweapons that were created before Eveline.
Ok
Nice job again I'm looking forward to the irregular mutations. Database
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it (again)! GET READY!!!

Eveline is like using Mia's nervous system as a vessel for her telekinesis.
Yay they're back!
We are!
These are really cool!
Thanks, man! Stay tuned for a whole lot more for years to come :D
i feel bad for the bakers i kind family that just happend that rescued a little girl that just happend to be a god damn bio weapon. all i can say is ethan did what was needed good riddance eveline. but still even after the fall of wesker and neo umbrella bio terrorism hasn't stopped...until bio terrorism will stop. there are heroes that will stop bio terrorism every time. people that have lost loved ones lost there home and had there lives destroyed because of bio terrorism will always take up there guns and fight the evil to end it once and for all...why did i get poetic all of a sudden?
Because you FEEEEL!!!
BUGS!!! Marguerite can control lots of bugs in her body like the bogyman from Tim Burtons movie, The Nightmare Before Christmas, where Jack removes the fabric holding Bogyman's insectoid body structure together.
Eat it, it’s good!
Can you do one for the C-Virus? Or Afflected
You're probably gonna like what's coming soon ;)
If you get contacted by Capcom soon, don't be surprised if they want you to join the Biohazard dev team ;D
Wishful thinking, lol. But if it happened to that team that developed the fan-made "Resident Evil 2 Reborn", then it's possible!
Honestly, I want you to join the BIOHAZARD/Resident Evil dev team.
nice video!!!
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it!!!
Jack Baker vs Nemesis who's gonna win?
Much as we love the Nemesis, our money is on Jack.
The Nemesis is too powerful, Jack Baker would have been died by now...
I cant wait for irregular mutations !
I can't wait for Parasitic, lol
oops I meant t-abyss
I know it´s Resident Evil , but why does Eveline coose to give Marguerite Baker a Insect Hive on her Crotch area? I mean i excepted everywhere but this? This was..Eewww. *Shackle* SHould that symbolize it somesort of "Birthplace" if you know what i mean?^^
Blame CAPCOM's illustrators, lol
Are resident evil games worth it, never played one before
I'd like to think so :)
Hero Battle data plis
It may be a while, I have quite a bit planned for the monsters and villains of RE :(
Thanks men you are best
عائلة بيكر

It's possible!
William Birkin and Albert Wesker Virus's collide. (^_^)
