That sucks for the Mopho because you're a very talented guy, that's the best Mopho demo I ever heard ! But glad you will do it, you will please a lot of people ;)
@spontaneous09 I`ve tested a Slim Phatty not long ago. I`ll place the demo soon here. I don`t know If it`s the same sound as the Little Phatty but it definitly differs from the Mopho. And the capabilities of the achievable sounds are smaller.
Thank you very much! As the miniak its very cheap... I'm very tempted. But the original idea was getting the Mopho. Lets wayt! Thank you for your awnser .
@MegaAntouane All sounds are just from Mopho, recorded track by track (we can say voice by voice) to Cubase. While recording I was just playing with the right knobs :)
You people who say that this is a Phatty ripoff, or that the sounds aren't as fat, need to play one in the store (or buy one). DSI is no slouch when it comes to creating synths. Don't get too caught up in the Moog brand name, just like Apple, not everything they make is flawless. The sub oscillators on the Mopho make VERY phat sounds. I'd hope you were smart enough to not judge a synth based on a youtube video (although I really enjoyed this demo).
nice demo the sounds are rich with texture and should i say very analog this is a very versatile synth for a mono, lots of mod capabilities 4 lfos 4 sequencers sub oscillators and feedback gain I can hear you have gotten under the hood with this thing
Unfortunately I have these instruments almost always for just few days. But! If everything goes right in the future I`ll make presets on everything I get my hands on :)
Man! Nice reviews! I've a Slim Phatty and I need a controller. I could buy a MPK25, but I think in buying a Mopho KB or a Miniak. I'm exploring. I found the last at a good price (less than a half of mophos price). Could you give me an advice? Must I save the money or take the opportunity? Thank you!
I didnt have the chance to try out the AKAI Miniak for more than 5 minutes... In that 5 minutes I think it is almost the same as the Alesis Micron. If it comes to me I wouldn´t try to save money and I would go for the Mopho Keyboard. It is fun to play (even If it´s monophonic), looks good and sounds extremely amazing. Although the Miniak has a vocoder, in that case I would go for a Microkorg :) Still - I´ve got to try out the Ultranova from Novation.
Not yet but I`m working on it. Altough it will be something like cinematic electronic music and musical illustrations. For now you can check out Area Route (in my recommended chanels section). Here I`ll put not only DBSTP like tracks, but many more in the future :)
Very chiptuney toward the end, now I just have to tease these sounds from my Mopho Keyboard somehow. But wait, there's one problem: I'm no synth savant like this guy.
Great Video. The mopho runs circles around the little phatty (i own them both). This yellow bastard here is worth every cent.
Cheers

Phenomenal demo!! Congratulations!! Sick sounds!!!

:) That`s because every instrument is fun. And every instrument gives inspiration :)

Sounds great! I was thinking about getting the Moog Little Phatty Stage II.... Maybe I should consider getting the Mopho instead! :-)
3:13 - AMAZING

I really, really love this. How many overdubs did this take? I've got the mopho desktop, yet again someone makes this synth shine.

A tip: you can watch movies at kaldroStream. Been using it for watching loads of movies recently.
@Jedidiah Kayson definitely, been using KaldroStream for months myself :D
Do you share some presets somewhere ?
do you have a band page or something for this music, I really like your style and would like to hear more. :|

sounds pretty weak to be a phatty ripoff...nice sounds nevertheless just not as phat
