भारतवर्ष में संचालित विकास परियोजनाओं की महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी प्रदान करने के क्रम में आज हम आपको पीएम मोदी के संसदीय क्षेत्र वाराणसी में बनने वाले सबसे अनोखे एयरपोर्ट की विशेष जानकारी देने वाले हैं। तथा आपको इस परियोजना की एक्सक्लूसिव ग्राउंड रिपोर्ट दिखाने के साथ ही बताएंगे परियोजना में आए नवीन सूचना। तथा जानेंगे इस परियोजना में होने वाले भूमि अधिग्रहण व निर्माण कार्य की महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी। व कौन से गांवों का मिटेगा नामों निशान यह भी जानेंगे।
मित्रों हम सभी जानते हैं कि मोदी सरकार ने देश की आधारभूत संरचना को नवीन जीवन प्रदान करने के लिए कितना कार्य किया है, तथा यदि वाराणसी के संदर्भ में बात करी जाए तो विगत 10 वर्षों में वाराणसी का कायाकल्प ही कर दिया गया है। एवं वाराणसी बाबतपुर एयरपोर्ट हाईवे तो अपने आप में विकास का माॅडल है।
बता दें कि पर्यटक संख्या की दृष्टि से गोवा को पछाड़ चुकी वाराणसी एवं धार्मिक दृष्टि सर्वाधिक महत्वपूर्ण नगर काशी का पर्यटकों के इस नगर के प्रति आकर्षण के कारण से वाराणसी का लाल बहादुर शास्त्री अंतरराष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डा उत्तर प्रदेश में लखनऊ एयरपोर्ट के पश्चात दूसरा सर्वाधिक व्यस्त हवाई अड्डा है।
इसी को ध्यान में रखते हुए वाराणसी के बाबतपुर स्थित लाल बहादुर शास्त्री अंतरराष्ट्रीय एयरपोर्ट को अत्याधुनिक सुविधाओं से लैस करने की तैयारी है। तथा इसके अंतर्गत एयरपोर्ट का स्वरूप अब पूर्णतया परिवर्तित होने वाला है।
बता दें कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में केन्द्रीय मंत्रिमंडल ने बीते 19 जून को वाराणसी स्थित लाल बहादुर शास्त्री अंतर्राष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डे को विकसित करने के भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण (एएआई) के प्रस्ताव को स्वीकृति दे दी है। जिसमें नए टर्मिनल भवन, एप्रन एक्सटेंशन, रनवे एक्सटेंशन, समानांतर टैक्सी ट्रैक और संबद्ध कार्यों का निर्माण करना भी सम्मिलित है।
बनने वाले नवीन एयरपोर्ट की जानकारी देने हेतु बता दें कि नवीन हवाई अड्डे पर यात्री प्रबंधन क्षमता को वर्तमान की 3.9 मिलियन यात्री प्रति वर्ष से बढ़ाकर 9.9 मिलियन यात्री प्रति वर्ष (एमपीपीए) करने पर अनुमानित वित्तीय व्यय 2870 करोड़ रुपये का होगा। तथा 75,000 वर्ग मीटर में विस्तारित उस नई टर्मिनल बिल्डिंग को 6 एमपीपीए की क्षमता और 5000 पीक ऑवर यात्रियों (पीएचपी) के उचित प्रबंधन के लिए डिजाइन किया गया है। इसे नगर की विशाल सांस्कृतिक धरोहर की झलक दिखाने के लिए डिजाइन किया गया है।

Why not a high tech airport constructed at Prayagraj ?Only152 crore small expansion, despite of the fact that it's 3rd busiest airport in UP.

It is done as per existing capacity and future forecast demand. You have to read the analysis. Varanasi and Ayodhya did not have a airport with high capacity, that is why the cost is high. Prayagraj already has airport, so the cost of expansion is less. Under SP and BSP no a single rupee was spent on airports.

I have been keeping track of your development project related video, Nice one.
Please try to add new dimension in it by talking to the local village residents, the Govt executive, the executing agency personnel, the local journalists and the local BJP Leaders.
Thus we shall come to know the pros and cons of the projects.
I think the way Govt is moving ahead the Varanasi city will expand like Lucknow. But Sad part is that it has become costly.
The local brokers, greedy political workers and caste based parties are trying to take maximum advantage of this and not local one.
The Transport Nagar should have come up till now. The locals want four times compenyof the land now, gor which they are already compensated long back. I think Yogiji, Modiji and Local VDA bureaucrats alongwith the powerful locals should finalise it fast and stop the lingering of land acquisition. Sir, you know the way, things are planned, six lane highway from Mohan Sarai, International Cricket Stadium, The Ring Road City Infrastructure and Transport Nagar, This whole Land Area will become like Noida and Gurgaon. Let's be positive and focus on the development. Only Development makes us developed city.
I am sure in future these areas will be known as suburan area of Varanasi City and attract the IT, IT enabled Industries and moreover, with the turmoil in Punjab, Several Hindu Industrialists are eager to come here. Let's focus on Development, 30 years ago Gujrat, Karnataka and Andhrapradesh were slso like this. With this we will attract more people from surrounding districts and states.
