It's been so long since I listened to these early songs. Even back then it was extremely atmospheric, musical and "Opeth'y" with beautiful acoustic parts and clean vocals. I remember reading that Mikael was always nervous and overly self-aware as well as lacking confidence when he recorded clean vocals until they had done Blackwater Park. His confidence in his clean vocal skills led him to write more songs with clean vocals like those on Damnation and various songs on the following albums until they changed their style after Watershed. For every album his clean vocals kept evolving and becoming better and better. I should go back an listen to this album more (I won't go back to Orchid and Morningrise though), I had forgotten that this is the album where Mikaels writing had improved and the style on My Arms Your Hearse was refined and finalized with Still Life.
Please, for the next two songs, react to both in one video. Its really beautiful how after "Karma" ends, begins to appear "epilogue" to conclude this travel.
Love Michael's voice in this.

Heavenly 🎶🎵
This is the song that made me fall for Opeth big time!
