Nilayan Majumdar Elon might be a little awkward, but he has plenty of emotional intelligence. What drives him in life is a deep care and concern for humanity. Also, he leads two companies with thousands of employees-the vast majority of whom absolutely adore him. You don’t become a beloved leader without emotional intelligence.
In fact, in this video alone his EQ skills are clearly apparent. The patience and restraint which he displayed while having to endure a 45min debate on a subject with a person who is clearly ignorant & clueless on the subject is a testament to his emotional intelligence. If it were me, I would’ve gotten up and left 5min into the debate.
This was like watching Elon be forced to have a conversation with your clueless yet stubborn uncle from village.
