I found this months after the fact as I’m playing the demo for the first time. At ~50 minutes I’ve only done 700k damage… I think I’ll have to get some hailstorm and crit if I want to continue.
The main thing that made this possible was crushed ruby. Once you unlock enough of them your attacks have a chance to one shot everything. It's how I dealt over 300m in one hit
Its only the end of the demo when you loose the determination to continue past the end of demos

If you have the full game you can use the upgrades you can use them in the demo
I know you used to be able to do that before they patched the end of demo to be 10x harder. I'll have to see if it still does that.
You’re insane damage is because of obliteration 3 it reset crit cristal and more things
It's also due to crushed ruby's cardiac arrest ability

you could try to use cheat engine to alter the boss health?
That would defeat the purpose of the challenge
