Saiki only has 1 limiter, the other one will reveal his powers to the world when taken off. It was made by Kusuke (Saiki’s brother) so that there was a way to “win” against Saiki, though he turned it off after a while and it no longer works.

My rankings of power within the room: 1: Kim Dokja, I don’t know too much about his full powers myself but I believe one was plot manipulation, existence erasure etc… 2: Saiki K, Has been shown to play with time like a slinky, Changed the laws of the universe when he was younger (he only gets stronger with time 3: Saitama: Destroyed Jupiter with a sneeze and turned back time by mimicking Garou’s learned technique and perfecting it Raiden Ei: A (comparatively weak) god who could be shown in the same levels of power as venti who cut, and through mountains into the ocean Choso: Strong, but just can’t compare Guy I forget the name of, from chinese media I think?: I dont know anything about him so I couldn’t say Edit: his name is Xie lian
