Dear Chilteh: I have been watching your channel for many months in 2023 . . . I love all your family videos . . . Your entire extended family is a role model for all Eastern culture families. I am originally from Lahore, Pakistan and am now a Canadian citizen. I have a question for you: Will you be going back to your ORIGINAL home in Bakhtiari where you have a house and where you were building new rooms, a new stairway entrance et cetera. I want to see your family back in your brick house! You may call me crazy but I liked it when you were all in that big house with the nice big kitchen with electric equipment like a big fridge, a large stove and oven and other appliances. I liked your big living room where all the children gathered with their parents and grand parents and where Zainab's Mom visited her and where Fatimeh's eldest son had a Birthday party and his younger brother and younger sister hugged and kissed him. Many generations ago, my forefathers lived as nomads in the valley of Kashmir, later settled down as woolen shawl makers in Srinagar and then migrated in 1910 to the plains of Punjab in British ruled India. After 1947, Pakistan was created and my Grandfather migrated to Lahore where I was born and spent 30 years of my life. Another migration and my wife and my kids came to Canada in 1997. A story of migrations . . . just like the nomads of Bakhtiari village . . . my Salaam to your family, especially your Father and Mother.
