Bill, if you're going to be recording presentations like this, you need to learn how to remove the "Umm" and "Uh" filler words between almost every phrase you speak. Anyone can learn how to do this; it just takes a bit of concentrated mindfulness about the words you're choosing instead of just allowing your stream of consciousness to flow freely.
