This brought tears to my eyes and a sick feeling in my heart. They obviously do not have the resources to dedicate a phone line for tips. 😢 Their office closes early each day and isn't open on weekends so they need to turn this case over to the US Marshall's imo.
@southernISH actually the paperwork for the US Marshall's wasn't signed so they can't come on board until asked. Sumner County is still the lead and has to request the TBI and FBI before they become the lead is what I have heard. If you can show me were they turned the case over to the TBI and FBI I would appreciate it.

IMO KP is a great actress. For someone who is sooo distraught in one of her interviews sure is not staying home waiting for her son to return home, nor is she out searching. We don't know what LE knows or has figured out in regards to anyone's direct involvement. I personally think jamming cameras and family paying off LE to cover it up gives the PFs far too much credit. IMO it's highly doubtful that a LE official is going to risk their career, pensions, etc. covering up for the damn PFs or Sox. I personally think LE just initially dropped the ball by approaching this as a runaway from the very beginning and they now know they screwed up in that regard and are severely behind. I think LE's silence for months is honestly just to not appear even more incompetent than they already have. I think all the hoobaloo on the internet regarding this case isn't helping LE figure things out any faster, but I also don't think they care about it as much as we might. SCSO seems to have been playing catch up since day 1 and talking out of both sides of their ass the entire time: >The video of the lights has no evidentiary value, BUT they can't speak on it due to ongoing investigation. >Nobody has been cleared, but there's no evidence of foul play AND there's no evidence Seb ever left the house. >They publicly announce winding down the search, and then 3 days later go search a landfill in a different state for a few hours. >They searched the PF house and neighborhood supposedly around 11 times....but a couple weeks or months later they re-search the PF neighborhood in case "they missed something" >They've given like 2 or 3 press conferences, the last one offered absolutely no new information, and the last press conference was 7 months ago. >LE has NEVER attempted to assuage any fears the public may have that there could potentially be someone in the area that abducted a kid and for all intents and purposes has gotten away with it so far. >LE has NEVER attempted to explain why they think the runaway scenario is plausible and if that's the theory they are actively pursuing, in fact LE has told us all jackshxt. >LE announced there's only really 1 LE officer assigned to Sebastian's case at the time being. One. IMO it has nothing to do with LE covering for the PFs, it's moreso covering their own ass and trying to play catch up after the fact. Narcissism and egos and jurisdictional pride also plays a part in the apparent ineptitude. But again I have to remind myself that everything I wrote up there might be factual but it's being interpreted with my own biases. We don't know what LE knows...and for all we know they are building a case. When LE isn't providing any more pieces to complete the puzzle, it's an exercise in futility to attempt to find the missing pieces using the same information we've had for almost 9 months now, imo. If there was something hidden in the pixels of a Ring Camera, we'd have found it and LE would have too by now. If there's something said in a phone call we'd have picked up on it by now. That's where most of this drama is brewing from, the absolute lack of information is causing people on all sides to try and find something at all, and to the point of CREATING it.

It’s common in Tennessee for LE to not give updates, summer wells after the few first months was only annually. Also LE resists giving any public information in an ongoing investigation- local LE, tbi and especially fbi won’t give updates until there’s an arrest.

It is not our business. As harsh as that may sound - there are certain details throughout the course of an investigation they may not even tell the family & those closest to the victim, until the case finally goes through to trial even - because there is too much risk of either false information being released because it’s not been able to be verified yet (and LE isn’t just going to make any rogue accusations or provide false hope when they have nothing at that time to actually back any of it up with real, bonafide facts); they cannot chance releasing certain information that, if one/two words accidentally become leaked out to the general public, could put the victim’s or the public’s safety at risk, or take the chance of interference with their investigation and the possibility of stifling it from being thoroughly completed, or even putting the entire case at risk of never being solved and/or the victims & their families ever seeing justice served. Their job as LE is not an easy one-and they most definitely must use discernment every step of the way. As you stated, TBI did not call back either-because almost never will a state bureau of investigation or the FBI call a tipster back. Local LE agencies typically do not in those types of situations either. Unless they (LE) have a question they absolutely cannot answer any other way, they will not. They certainly are not going to call back to tell the caller if/how the tip was responded to, if it may be credible tip or a lead, etc. It is understandable that it’s difficult for the families of victims to not always be able to have answers but even they unfortunately have to deal with that. There are hundreds of thousands of victims throughout the country… probably more, if you were to add up ALL the victims of ALL different types of unsolved/open investigations/current active litigations for all violent crimes. It cannot be expected for every victim to have their own tip-line. It is absolutely not possible. And while each family may feel their loved one is the most important, no one victim is more or less important than the other and for the public to try to hold LE of any type to that impossible “standard” is rather outrageous.

It doesn’t need to be an abduction for an amber alert. They had a description of Sebastian which is step 3 (from tn.gov):In order to issue an AMBER Alert, the following criteria must be met: 1. The person is 17 years of age or younger, and; 2. The child is in imminent danger of bodily injury or death, and; 3. There is a description of the child, the abductor, or vehicle, and; 4. On a request from another state for activation, there is a direct and identified nexus to the state of Tennessee and that information is conveyed to TBI at the time of the request.

It’s common in Tennessee for LE to not give updates, summer wells after the few first months was only annually. Also LE resists giving any public information in an ongoing investigation- local LE, tbi and especially fbi won’t give updates until there’s an arrest.

It’s sad but Sebastian is most likely never to be found. There are so many missing people and statistics are against them that they will never be found. You have to stop blaming Craddock. Seriously, this case is hitting him hard and he can only do something if there is something to go with.

Hi! His answer is " it is an active and ongoing investigation". I don't think I can report that because he does not have to tell me anything. Is he putting priority to Sebastian, no he is not IMO. Is it awful that he has not spoken up about 1 development that has occurred, yes it is. Sad

@@CrimeTimeBuzz We, the public, are not owed anything! With the rise of social media, many people think they should be told every damn detail and they want any/every question asked to be answered. It is not our business. As harsh as that may sound - there are certain details throughout the course of an investigation they may not even tell the family & those closest to the victim, until the case finally goes through to trial even - because there is too much risk of either false information being released because it’s not been able to be verified yet (and LE isn’t just going to make any rogue accusations or provide false hope when they have nothing at that time to actually back any of it up with real, bonafide facts); they cannot chance releasing certain information that, if one/two words accidentally become leaked out to the general public, could put the victim’s or the public’s safety at risk, or take the chance of interference with their investigation and the possibility of stifling it from being thoroughly completed, or even putting the entire case at risk of never being solved and/or the victims & their families ever seeing justice served. Their job as LE is not an easy one-and they most definitely must use discernment every step of the way. As you stated, TBI did not call back either-because almost never will a state bureau of investigation or the FBI call a tipster back. Local LE agencies typically do not in those types of situations either. Unless they (LE) have a question they absolutely cannot answer any other way, they will not. They certainly are not going to call back to tell the caller if/how the tip was responded to, if it may be credible tip or a lead, etc. It is understandable that it’s difficult for the families of victims to not always be able to have answers but even they unfortunately have to deal with that. There are hundreds of thousands of victims throughout the country… probably more, if you were to add up ALL the victims of ALL different types of unsolved/open investigations/current active litigations for all violent crimes. It cannot be expected for every victim to have their own tip-line. It is absolutely not possible. And while each family may feel their loved one is the most important, no one victim is more or less important than the other and for the public to try to hold LE of any type to that impossible “standard” is rather outrageous.

It doesn’t need to be an abduction for an amber alert. They had a description of Sebastian which is step 3 (from tn.gov):In order to issue an AMBER Alert, the following criteria must be met:
1. The person is 17 years of age or younger, and;
2. The child is in imminent danger of bodily injury or death, and;
3. There is a description of the child, the abductor, or vehicle, and;
4. On a request from another state for activation, there is a direct and identified nexus to the state of Tennessee and that information is conveyed to TBI at the time of the request.
