"Sibinjanin Janko" in Serbian. We know he was Hungarian nobel but still celebrate him as he was one of our own. Defence of Belgrade was huge victory for christianity just after fall of Constatinopole and bought Europe some time. Glory to Hungarian and Serbian heroes !
Are those Russian or Serbian flags hanging in walking street? I know Serbian are with coat of arms, but on these the color pattern is red-blue-white(Serbian) without coat of arms.
In Berlin they are mostly seen as integral part of the character of the artistic and bohemian districts like Kreuzberg (Friedrichshain). In more middle-class residential areas not so much, apart from abandoned buildings or train infrastructure. But only place where I found street graffiti were too much to handle for me was in Athens Greece.

Serbian. One with the coat of arms is official state flag, but national one is just plain red-blu-white.

@@bojanboki Literally there are 5 buildings in the main street Knez Mihailova that have graffitiis all over them
