When I saw them live someone wore the strawberry hat and the lead vocalist took it and wore it for the end of the song. They are ridiculously entertaining live.

If you pronounce the “E” as “eh” instead of “ay” then you’ve got it 👍🏻
And put less emphasis on the syllable. There isn't any emphasis on any of the syllables. Especially the last one. Just listen to Yukina. :)

Someone must have chosen the wrong pronunciation. Although some have incorrectly described the ending as A, AY or YAY (particularly a certain PANIC troll with multiple accounts), Hanabie. still ends with EH (someone very aptly described it as being like the E in the word error).
We Love Sweets is the classic Hanabie. reactions, a short creative masterpiece without a single repetition in the song. Next, please check out Pardon Me, I Have To Go Now, the song that gave Hanabie. their international breakthrough.

Thanks for the SO! You are correct! The correct pronunciation is shown here for reference: The RIGHT WAY to say "HANABIE" 🍰🍩 @HANABIE_official ... Han-nah-bee-yay. This is probably my favorite song to start reactors off with on their Hanabie journey ... but you already started ;) .

@@davesheville2023 Its definitely not "eh" as there are 3 videos out with the band demonstrating how to pronounce it. All end in the the girls chanting AY AY AY ... none of them, show "eh" in any way. If there is one please post the title.
@@PANIC_aka_PinD Your ears must be painted on because literally every time Chika is teaching the audience how to say it , it’s definitely “eh”. The same e sound as in “error”. You must have been listening to the crowd continually getting it wrong.
@@davesheville2023 Nope ... listening to the girls. There is an extensive discussion even in the video. Its definitely not eh. Its a long A sound. Personal insults are not helping.
