I know we live in sick times (no pun intended), even before the pandemic life was seemingly dull. But as someone who is 31 and felt that way since I was 15 let me tell you that if you let those feelings control you nothing will change and you will just get older and sadder. Experience what you can when you can. Keep your social media limited. Find people who like things you do and then do those things.
