John's voice got deeper on the last 15 years... He struggled to do the vocals on Sir Psycho Sexy and left off the "la la la la" parts too... I wonder if that's because of the cigarettes or just his age itself...

The pro shot cameras are meant for the visuals on the stage screens. They need way more than a couple angles to pull out a pro live footage. When I saw them in Florence, all they had was a couple cameras on stage next to Chad's drum kit and the same pro cameras that can be seen here. I don't think they're planning to release anything

FLEA on the other hand never dissapoints! idk dont come for me but i saw them in aus 2019 and AK was super underwhelming and i was a bit heartbroken as hes always been my crush lol
Agreed. Consider three of the four will be 60 years old this year. What is it like from a creative viewpoint to engage on this scale after the pandemic? Maybe it’s that creative people often vibe on what is going on around him/her. Comparably, other long standing bands that I’ve seen do give context to songs, try to engage the vibe, etc. In my experience this crew has never been that and it was always stage presence and the art.
I’m a huge fan but something about this song always falls flat for me life. I’ve seen RHCP 8 times and there’s some songs I just don’t like live and this is one of them. John’s solos are always great but something about the verses can feel empty. I feel the same way about “Suck My Kiss”.
