Congratulations Mike and well done on the fundraising. 🙏 I enjoyed every video and nice to get a glimpse into Mad Mike’s world your an interesting character. I got to the MOD fence with my dad and brother and the flag was flying low visibility and raining. I said Dad we shall have to turn back he said Fuck that I’ve come all this way we are going on regardless. We were the first people that year on the trail to arrive at the Ozone cafe. Again thanks and yep I wonder what’s next for you. ATB 🍻
Reality has me now planning my next adventure as long as my knee sorts itself out. I’ve a few videos in the pipeline covering kit and I’m tempted on filming a bit of a fun video. 😇
@ericthearfaviking7579 the badge is TOG24 a Yorkshire clothes manufacturer. Because I’ve used the kit on other long distance walks I should say all was ok but it wasn’t. The tent let me down and so did the air bed. I shall cover kit issues soon.
Congratulations Mike on your achievement. Thoroughly enjoyed every bit of your journey from the beginning to the end. Great videoing and music. Glad you made it safely across the 'firing ground'!
It really is one of those trails that does have everything and more. I confess I was lucky with the weather but I did carry the kit for that what happens moment. 😁. Thank you for donating to such an amazing cause.
HI Mike, thank you for taking us along on your Cape Wrath journey. I have loved every minute of watching your adventures. Many many congratulations. Is your just giving page still open. I would like to make a donation. All the very best mate.
Well done 🎉 Now would you tell me/us which music you used? I like to listen to music and see or feel what I saw/felt when I first heard it. If that makes any sense. Until your next tour de force I might go back and watch your C to C, where I first came across your channel. Take care
The music comes from UA-cam and I will send you the names. I’ve had issues with music in the past, so I just use theirs. I find more music I use the longer the upload is. This series I’ve only used eight tunes but some of them used a lot more often.
@@madmikesworld5713 thank you and yes I noticed that. That's what I liked about it. There were two or three main themes emphasizing the beauty of the countryside and the continuity of the trail ( t'would be a lot easier to say all this in German, I tell you). There seem to be tons of free music out there. Some AI I guess. I like Hampus Naeselius's music. All he asks for, is to be mentioned in the description box. Which is only fair.
Another incredible journey and another outstanding achievement.

There is something in the pipeline but I will need a new tent ⛺️ for it 😎☺️
Well done Mike
Well done mate. Truly enjoyed your wee videos
Well done. Those sausages looked like they came with the beans. 😂
They went down with the beans 🤣
What a great achievement for such a good cause. Donation made. Loved your tip of “do both”. Hope reality is kind to you. 👍

Thanks for chronicling your journey Mike, music and camera work hit the sweet spot. Few pennies donated.
Best wishes.
Very much appreciated. As you can imagine I’ve been busy with work after getting back but I’m getting on with creating a route video.
@madmikesworld5713 Look forward to that map. Curious as to what the black badge was on your shirt. Any kit unhappy with?

It was good to talk to those that walked the coast path to the Cape. The firing range wouldn’t be fun to cross with some heavy kit flying in 🤕🫣
Well done Mike Great achievement I got a email today from Scottish m r for my donation, well done again.
Richard.😊
Thank you so very much.
Well done buddy. Its nice to see people truly appreciating my wee country even though everyone destroys the gaelic names
I confess I’m the master of destruction at that. It was an honour to walk
Great series of your adventure on the Cape Wrath... would love to try it. Donated 👍

I think it has closed now. It was a journey I maybe doing again but on a different route.
Beautiful series of videos Mike. Hope you've got over the 'sickness' now. So..... where is next? 😊👍🏻 Thanks for sharing.
Yep clear of the bug that would fell a giant 😁. My knee is my only worry as I’ve a 100km non stop in September to do. I was looking at Camino ingles.
Great video series Mike. It was a fun hiking out there with you. What's next ? sleep lol
I have plans ☺️
@@madmikesworld5713 nice. Me too.
Good luck with your next adventure, don't let "reality" get you down.
I've loved watching your CWT videos and itching to do it now. Daft question: how did you navigate your way?
I downloaded the route onto OS maps which is all I needed to use on the walk. I would recommend getting maps of areas if you are unsure.
Well done 🎉
