We live in a world that is constantly telling us who we should be. Our sense of purpose and self worth can get lost and muddled in the worries and pressures of everyday life. It is easy to feel like we’ve lost sight of who we are and who we want to be. In this set, we find peace in remembering who God says we are. We are loved; we are strong; we are held; and we belong.
So we dance believing that our identity doesn’t come from the world, it doesn’t come from who others say we are, or who we ourselves say we are, our identity comes from our God. And if our identity comes from a God who is all powerful and unshakable, then our identity is also unshakable.
“But to all who did receive Him, who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God.” John 1:12

My little niece needs this so much, she just came out of very abusive family and has fallen in love with ballet. I pray this blesses many beautiful children in knowing their Heavenly Father

This proves that in order to be a dancer you don’t need to be the most flexible, emotion is key BEAUTIFUL 👏
The key to being a dancer is to express yourself and tell a story
You need to be flexible
Yes!!! You don’t need to be flexible or know all the *tricks. You have to have a passion and a love and emotion. One of the most powerful dances this past year at my studio was an advanced level classes dance to the song So Will I and although there were almost no tricks it was one of the most impactful dances because of the power and the emotion you could feel through the dancers.
@@jannarujawitz4987 they explain this in leap. If you haven't checked it out. I recommend it. It is a cute animation explains the real reason why people dance. I dance to tell a story and let people see my past scar. It help me express who I am
Dance isn’t about big movements and technicality. Those things are important but it’s about telling a story that is too complicated for words. It’s the little movements and the emotion on the dancers face that makes or breaks a dance
This was so beautiful! As a technical dancer myself I loved the choreography and as a Christian, I loved how it expressed the message. With the emotion of the dancers behind their movements this was absolutely gorgeous!

I don't know why but i just watched this video and just started to cry because of how beautiful it is
i love this dance i actually did ballet for 2 to 3 years, but i had to stop😭,to me it's amazing how God made so many things just by using his hands and how he sent his very own son to die for us on the cross.
