This is about how i overcame my fear of spiders. this fear was in control of my life. from helplessness to an overcomer. with lots of desensitization over a long period of a time. thinking about spiders in all sorts of ways. researching them and coming from panic attacks at the very thought of spiders to setting them free with my son. and being really close to them and capturing them.
