I’m just trying to inform people 😊) while LOTS of adhd is poor wording, adhd is a spectrum and some people are affected with adhd more heavily, so while the adhd itself can’t be lots, it can feel like a lot of adhd if someone has a harder time with it then other people :))
Heres a tip: Whenever ur studying, memorizing something, or watching a show or movie, and u have a short attention span , grab a piece of paper , and just start scribbling with ur non- dominant hand and watch the show or movie. You will start paying attention to the movie bc ur doing something.

I have ADHD and this happens to me, not just movies and shows but in school I'll just be figeting or doing something else and I hear everything my teacher is saying but he thinks I'm not cuz I'm not looking at him. People who don't know what ADHD is it is Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder or something close to that idk if the H is actually hyperactive but it's something with hyper and a common sign is not being able to focus on one thing
