Wow. Aigis Edition is crap compared to this. Crappy packaging for soundtrack and paperback artbook. To add insult to injury, when the Japanese soundtrack cd drops in April, the two bonus tracks, Burn My Dread -Reload- and Deep Breath Deep Breath Reincarnation -Reload, will be download codes only.
There was no language settings in the config and it was still in Japanese when I changed the console language into English(United Kingdom and United States). I don`t know if there is a way to change it. Maybe Atlus kept being Atlus.

it's not exclusive to Japan but to Asia. I got it in Korea. it's cheaper than the Aegis (horrible figure btw) but still the prop looks ugly compared to Joker's mask from P5R collector's edition.

Canceled my aigis edition since it was delayed for some reason and immediately went on eBay to buy the Japanese version, no regrets at all

Theyre included with the game inside the case. Its not only for the collectors

Might just be where people are ordering it to be delivered to, I was able to get the Limited Box on JP Amazon to ship to the US.
