IKEA is not available in Surat, it is available in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad. But check with IKEA if they can delivery it to Surat online.
It doesn't look as discounts at all but seems like prices were deliberately inflated and then reduced to their actual prices to show off as discounts.
