"Climbing a corn-stalk from inner-earth and into the next-level" I can not think of a better metaphor to use in describing the transitioning of a nomadic proto-society into an agricultural & community-based society. ... and of course, corn is central to this event. Some have speculated Kokopelli's hunched back represented a traders 'bag of goods'. Its commonly known that Aztecs traveled north for trade and others have speculated the flute-use aided in identification purposes when venturing into inhabited areas. According to myth, Kokopelli united distant tribes and spread knowledge of corn production...again sporting the possibility Kokopelli may represent actual historical figures. If this theory holds true, another interesting element can be added: "Aztec traders" is the name we place on them, but they were actually shamans.
Thank you the Creator's and uploader of this precious gift ✨ an incredible sharing as most know legends are truth before modern man's interpretations ⚡⚡🌎
does any one notice kokopelli looks a little like a capricorn after he ate most of the corn seeds maybe that explains why some capricorns are tricksters p.s. im a capricorn and so is my friend

A lovely accounting of this legend. Thank you!
Love this in many ways than one!!
For REAL. That story makes so much sense. The inner earth, going through dimensions. Win. I love this message.
this is so trippy
Something just feels unnerving about this
I've heard credible anthropologists speculate that KoKo's humped back was really a burden basket.
4 inner worlds , hmmm I wonder if they represent the inner core ,outer core , mantle and the crust.
Ahh, the god of fertility. Kokopelli is cool.
I really enjoyed this and learned something. In a way, Kokopelli was a pied piper of sorts.
So sweet
