Just a few more utility poles and it's perfect!
All the cabinets would have to be replaced. New plumbing & electric, closets & of course the kitchen totally redone. Way to many upgrades for $250,000.00.
I would keep the cabinets. They're vintage. The closets just need a little work. Have the plumbing checked out. It may not need anything.
