    Skorzeny & Himmler on the other side of the chess board and depicting Himmler with OCD. How appropriate! 😉

      Oh boy you are a nerd! That's okay me too lol. I'm fascinated by languages tho; I obviously kno about WW2 or I wouldn't be here BUT...I don't even know who Skorzeny was offhand and I didn't kno Himmler was OCD...but we're all nerds here; ESPECIALLY the Americans like me. Bcuz America is a country full of some PROFOUNDLY IGNORANT PPL. That's undeniable.

      Gerald Wallace : Kakashka-in Russian is a diminutive caressing form of shit. Kashkin-Kakashkin if translated into English, it will sound like Kashaka shit. Porridge is such Russian food on the basis of cereals cooked in milk or cereals, in general it is tasty and useful, but the consistency like shit happens. :-)))))

      ty@@ОлекЛис. So Russian and French have the same sound for sh*t, I had no idea (but guessed a link when senior Lieutenant said « Let's ad 'ka' to 'Kashkin'" :)

      @Luz Renteria it's just a drama series. But it was true that there were many German/US spies in the red army during the war.

    Both sides never signed any pow convention lol.

    • @brahim119
      @brahim119 4 роки тому +2

      POW convention is *not signed between individual countries.* The POW convention is *Geneva Convention.* That is s true that the Soviet Union was not signatory, *Germany is a signatory.* Legally, under *article 82 of the Geneva Convention,* signatory countries had to give POWs of all signatory and *non-signatory* countries the *rights assigned by the convention.* That means *Germany violated* the Geneva Convention.
      So before you LOL and post nonsense, find the text of the Geneva Convention on the Internet and read it, better yet peruse it. 😉

    I enjoyed this story, it really has a twisted plot that is most entertaining. Of course the people in it are very interesting, the main characters are believable and sympathetic while the historical people in support well the guy portraying Otto Skorzeny acts like a clown, the guy doing Himmler well he certainly is somewhat accurate, Himmler was a proto Hippie, vegetarian, anti-smoker who only committed adultery to encourage his SS men to father more children where his NKVD opposite Beria had his people abduct School Girls off Moscow's streets for him to rape.

      Regarding Beria, this is a fiction from the 50s. Modern documents refute this version. He had connections with women, but nothing criminal.
