hi my beautiful bestie how are you doing today I am doing okay just have been having a rough week but I am trying my hardest not let it bother me but its been hard it started on Monday on the bus ride home this fellow passenger on the bus wasn't in the right mind he kept on talking loud and swearing and finally the driver kicked him off the bus but when he got all up in my face i was scared and i thought I was going to have a serious anxiety attack 😢 but when I he got off the bus my level went down but I talked to the driver and he made sure he made a report about the unruly passenger. and to top it off i have three more people living with me right now and I am struggling with the noise level is getting my anxiety level up. hopefully they will leave soon and i can get some peace and quiet again. anyhow i been writing a daily journal about my day since Monday and it's helping me out a little bit. anyhow im going to show it to my therapist tomorrow and see if she thinks i should keep writing one. anyhow I love you friend hope all is well with you khloe
