Hybrid builds like this are so much fun to run with the Capacitor. I feel like I'd prefer another Yellow on your build and then using the Memento since all you are trying to get is that extra skill tier, no?
@@ElDarric another yellow is achievable easily but I find running heroic content I don’t really struggle that much so I just didn’t farm another piece
