  • A high schooler races to find their friend when they receive life changing news
Both a meditation on shock and a love letter to my friend, this work explores Grief and how it lives in all timelines, binding to all versions of self, past and present. Some years I "forget" until I remember. Others, I remember until I want to forget.
If you are interested in seeing my process videos regarding this work, it is housed under the Animation Stuff Playlist
    Extra Information
While this is my true story, names and visual identities have been changed.
Work began in December of 2023 and was 'completed' (films are abandoned, not finished) December 2024.
Everything was created and completed by me, but not without the help of online resources. As a non-animator, these channels were essential to help me strive towards better and curiosity for future improvement in this challenging medium

Wow, this is really powerful. You communicated emotion through colour, texture, and movement so well (I really felt the characters emotions). A heavy but important story to tell.
