Vlad is literally interviewing the boss of the Philadelphia crime family which he has been since the mid to early nineties. It’s unheard of for someone to be the boss of a crime family for that long. They have never been able to get him or anyone in his close circle talking about any violence on wire taps. Him and his whole crew of childhood friends are extremely smart when it comes to that kind of stuff. That’s what makes him and his crew different. They were all childhood friends before they were made and took the oath. The one guy mikey lance Lancellotti was at a party with Joey in New York and the New York guys were complaining to Joey and saying they were offended by him cause he didn’t talk. Joey had to tell them he is a doer not a talker. And at that point Joey introduced mikey lance as the acting boss of Philly.
