Been subscribed since 2018 and a supporter for two years now, and will continue to do so because I found you so relatable and definitely dish out premium content, and inspire me with certain aspects in my life as well as archery, to the point where I want to share my hunts as well, wanting to simply share my experiences. Enjoyed the video with the insight into UA-cam Chris, hope the Bee season makes a comeback in some shape or form.🤙🏽🐝

Thanks for all the content, I am self taught and have learned so much from people such as yourself, average jack, Dudley etc. The highlight of my archery career thus far (aside from hunting) was getting my name in for the TAC truck this year in Killington VT. I'm not lucky enough to ever win, but having my name in there with great archers like yourself means alot to me.

This video helps out a whole lot and gives me more confidence and inside knowledge. I've struggled with wanting to do youtube for hunting and fishing and I've had so many videos recorded and edited but I never release them because I don't have lets say confidence. My younger brothers and family have told me to post them no matter what and this helps me want to do it more for fun adn stop thinking about it as like a business thing. Hunting has always been fun for me and I have always wanted to share my journey as I'm getting older. So thank yah Chris for posting this and seeing a fellow hunter actually talk about this side of things.

Having operated multiple channels and one in particular over 1M subs (this is my private personal acct), you’re getting the results that we all dream of. Congratulations, well deserved and proof that well done videos still garner good results.
For what it’s worth, Google Ads (the platform that controls the placement on your videos) uses automatic bidding and is usually just constrained by a budget, we don’t compete or bid manually, generally speaking. I.e. one sets a daily or campaign budget of $X and if the rate meets the video requirement of both cost and target audience, it displays.

I'm one of the idiots that watched quite a bit of your content before I actually subscribed. You deserve every penny you've earned. You always drop quality videos that have helped me add to my ever expanding bucket list. I'm working my way back from 2 major back surgeries that I gained alot of weight after. I went from 150ish to 235 from 2019 to 2021. I'm now down to 185 and in pretty decent shape. This will be my first year where I'll be able to hunt since 2017. I was ready last year, but I had a cable bow press snap on me and I got almost half my thumb cut off on my bow hand. So' I've been on a mission to be as ready as possible for opening day. Looking forward to more videos.

Awesome video! Not only did it provide a lot of background on what creators have to consider when making videos and planning for content, but I feel like it was truly a 100% candid and transparent video providing excellent insight to potential creators. I have had discussions with other new creators over the years who get wrapped up thinking they are going to start a channel and make a ton of money, and their content just doesn’t connect with people since they aren’t being genuine and authentic. Others get discouraged by slow growth and they quickly lose interest because they thought it would take off faster. Keep being authentic and true to yourself (it is easy to see in the videos that you are) and your subscribers and watch time will continue to grow.

  • @mintforeverphotographyandv4731

Awesome video! I actually really appreciate your insight on the way UA-cam works! I just quit my career as a union electrician to do wedding videography full time a few years ago. I do post to UA-cam, but not trying to monetize anything. My wife and I have talked about doing an educational series on UA-cam about weddings and wedding photography. It's just so hard to understand exactly how it all works. Your video is definitely helpful! I love all your normal hunting and archery content. You have inspired me to get back into bow hunting this year. (I've been way too busy with our business the last few years) keep up the great work! I'll keep watching for every video you release!

Love the content. I think you should do an in-depth video on pros and cons of heavy and light arrow setups, why you choose the arrow weight you do. Also a broadhead tuning video. I feel like there’s other UA-camrs that have a strong following but they don’t have a clear understanding of actual bow tuning and spread a lot of misinformation.

@@nockit86 Really have no idea. I am as I said not that invested in hunting. I know there are a lot of bowhunters here that are working to get it approved, but no luck so far. We are a nation of hunters, since there are few predators left, the population of roe deer, fallow deer, red deer, elk (your moose) etc has to be kept down. So regular hunting is a big thing.

Great point on taking the approach to making UA-cam a revenue stream. You have to love it. You have to be about building content consistently and the revenue is secondary. It takes time, effort, and persistence. Then after a while you'll build an audience and then you'll get paid. But it's not a get rich quick scheme.

Nothing weird at all about this video. This is called being real! I wish someone got me into archery as a kid but I sure am loving it now and my love for it grows every time I watch one of your videos. Guess what I’m doing for the next 40 minutes 😂

Can you do a video of the full in depth gear breakdown from the moose hunt video? Clothes, boots, packs, head lamp, bow case to fly with etc. It would be interesting to see all the stuff you are packing to do some of these hunts.

    Awesome video!
I really enjoyed your moose hunt video. It was raw in a professional way, ... not sure if that makes sense though😂 I am just starting out on UA-cam, and you've helped me a lot! Thank you!
